The African Development Bank, the African Development Institute and UNU-WIDER, in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training, organize a workshop on the subject of unemployment in Tunisia.

The seminar aims to bring together academics and policy makers to discuss existing research and evidence in order to answer the following questions:

  • What are the characteristics of the labour market in Tunisia, and the main challenges?
  • What programs and initiatives can promote employment in Tunisia, especially among young graduates?
  • What further research is needed?
