Books and journals

Many books resulting from the UNU-WIDER research programme have become recognized and influential best-sellers and are frequently included in the reading lists of development courses taught at universities around the world. In many cases, analyses produced by UNU-WIDER have had a traceable impact on real-life policy-making.

Two publishers have established book series of our titles:

UNU-WIDER research is also published in special issues of academic journals. These are always individually arranged as the institute does not have its own journal.

Please order books and journals through your library, bookseller, or directly from the respective publisher.
