Policy seminar — Aid – Working for development

Aid – Working for development

How successful has aid been in helping achieve development? How is aid helping to diversify economies, promote economic growth and create more employment? What can aid do in the difficult situations of fragile states?

These are just some of the issues that this policy seminar will discuss. The objective of the seminar will be to give directions and recommendations for further research under the joint Sida/DANIDA international research programme ReCom 2011-2013, coordinated by UNU-WIDER.
