Addressing ethnic inequality: comparative experiences, Seminar at UN DESA


Rachel M. Gisselquist speaks at the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) to update  experts and officials on new findings from the Addressing group-based inequalities project. The seminar on 'Addressing ethnic inequality: comparative experiences' disseminates the early findings of several of the project's case studies on affirmative action and other equalizing measures in Global South countries, with a particular emphasis on both policy impact and the political settlements that enable policy passage and implementation.
