António Cruz presents at NOVAFRICA seminar series


On 7 November António Cruz will give a presentation within the NOVAFRICA seminar series of Nova School of Business and Economics in the New University of Lisbon (Universidade Nova de Lisboa). The presentation is based on a WIDER working paper entitled Industries without smokestacks: Mozambique country case study, which is part of a larger UNU-WIDER research project on Jobs, poverty and structural change in Africa.

NOVAFRICA seminar series hosts a variety of international speakers under the theme economic development in Africa, with particular emphasis on Portuguese-speaking countries. The seminars are open to the public.
