Myanmar Enterprise Monitoring System (MEMS) – 2nd Steering Committee meeting


On 28 September the 2nd Steering Committee meeting for the ‘Towards inclusive development in Myanmar’ project was organized by UNU-WIDER in partnership with the Central Statistical Organization (CSO) of the Ministry of Planning and Finance of Myanmar and with financial support from Danida. The purpose of the event was to discuss preliminary progress within the project and to set up a workplan and budget for 2018-19.

At the meeting UNU-WIDER Director Finn Tarp made a presentation on the milestones achieved so far and the importance of reliable data for the successful continuation of the project.
