Development Cooperation as a Foreign and Security Policy Instrument in Fragile Contexts

Rachel presents research evidence about the role of development cooperation in fragile contexts answering questions such as: What triggers fragility? How can we combat fragility? And how should international actors operate in fragile contexts?
