Training on MicroZAMOD – a tax-benefit microsimulation for Zambia

The purpose of this event is to introduce participants to MicroZAMOD, with a view to promoting its use within government for evidence-based policy-making.  Training is directed to potential users of the model.  As well as providing an overview of the model, the event will include a number of case studies of policy reforms. Attendees will leave with an understanding of how to navigate and interpret the MicroZAMOD user interface; how to run the model; and how to build and implement a basic policy reform.

The event is organized in collaboration with ILO Zambia.
