In this third interview of our video series of encounters with the contributors of the ReCom results meeting inStockholm 10 May on Democracy and Fragility we talk to David Richards, Associate Professor at University of Connecticut and Co-Director of CIRI Human Rights Data Project, about different human development measures and how these could be improved, how setting up better data gathering systems in developing countries is crucial and a concept of development based on human dignity.  Richards' presentation at the ReCom meeting was titled 'Measuring Human Rights: Some Issues and Options'.
